News Daily Digital Desk: Indian flag flew in Bangladesh. The tricolor spread differently in Sylhet’s tea gardens during the marathon. Needless to say, the friendship between the two countries became more colorful through this. The hero behind such a rare sight is the Indian runner, Vikram Rai, a youngster from Darjeeling. He was the one who flew the tricolor in Sylhet’s thick green tea garden. Sylhet 25K Marathon aims to strengthen the ties between neighboring countries through running. Vikram was accompanied by two others in that work – Manoj Gurung, Sameer Ahmed.
Vikram Rai of Darjeeling is a runner himself. He has an organization named ‘Vik-Run Foundation’. Run this company with two friends. Successfully participated in Sylhet 25K marathon this year. Sylhet Mayor Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury praised his success.

Many runners from Bangladesh participated in this friendly program of Vikram Rai. Two of them have participated in multiple marathons in the world, they also have a unique achievement. They want to stand by the distressed Sikkim and Darjeeling. They reached Teesta through Marathon from Sylhet tea garden. In fact, this marathon is more about friendship than running. To stand by a friend. Sylhet 25K Marathon is a race to spread love and harmony across the barbed wire border between the two countries.
