Morning and evening hartal of BNP in Chittagong on Sunday in protest against the arrest of Amir Khosru

Chittagong Metropolitan, North and South District BNP has called an all-out hartal program tomorrow Sunday (November 5) in Chittagong in protest against the arrest and remand of Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, a member of the National Standing Committee of BNP, from a house in Gulshan in Dhaka. The people of Chittagong from all walks of life are being urged to participate in this program to protest against the arrest and torture of Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, the fearless soldier of the movement for the one-sided demand for the resignation of the government to bring back democracy to the country. Leaders have sought the cooperation of Chittagong city, north and south district BNP and organizations at all levels and the people of Chittagong to make the strike peaceful. The program will be carried out in Chittagong district and city, but ambulances, vehicles carrying newspapers and journalists, fire service vehicles will remain exempt from the strike. . Besides, two-day nationwide blockade program called by BNP will continue on Sunday and Monday.

The leaders said that the hartal blockade is a program of democratic movement for the realization of people’s rights. This program announced by BNP is a peaceful, people-oriented, release of senior leaders and a one-time demand. Various misinformation is being carried out by the government on the basis of this hartal and blockade program. Therefore, I am calling on the people of Chittagong to peacefully carry out the hartal blockade program.
