The girls followed the path shown by the boys. The boys were beaten by Pakistan in the World Cup. This time Bangladeshi girls could not take advantage against Pakistan. Jyoti-Farjana gave disappointment in the first match of the ODI series at home.

Bangladesh women’s team has entered the field today (Saturday) in a three-match ODI series against Pakistan women’s team. Bengal girls could not make much of an advantage after winning the toss and batting at the Bangla Stadium in Mirpur Shere. Negara Sultana Jyoti’s team was bowled out for just 81 runs by Pakistan women’s team.

At the beginning of the day, the Bangladesh team won the toss and went to bat. The team lost three top order batsmen within 15 runs. After that, Swarna Akhter also returned to the team’s 25 runs. After that, Fahima Khatun started fighting with captain Jyeti. But Jyoti returned with 14 individual runs.

Fahima failed to move forward with Ritu Moni in transition, going back to score 18 runs. After that, Ritu Moni could not lead the team. Returned with 14 runs. Bangladesh team lost 7 wickets for 64 runs.

Later, no big pair went forward for the Bangladesh team. When the remaining three wickets fell quickly, Jyoti’s team was all out for 81 runs. Sadia Iqbal took maximum 4 wickets for Pakistan besides Nida Dar took 3 wickets.
