Eligibility: MBM, MBA or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Must have at least three first class/division or equivalent CGPA in education. Third Class/Department or equivalent GPA/CGPA is not acceptable at any stage. No experience required.
Age: Maximum 30 years. However, the maximum age for children of brave freedom fighters is 32 years.
Work Place: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary during Management Trainee Development Program is Rs.45 thousand (Negotiable). On successful completion of the development program employment will be made permanent as Executive Officer. From this time the monthly salary will be 62 thousand taka. Apart from this there are other facilities as per the policy of the institution.
