Chittagong: Deputy Commissioner Abul Basar Mohammad Fakhruzzaman visited various bus counters of Chittagong to ensure all kinds of safety of passengers including long-distance bus and inter-district communication system during the blockade.
On Wednesday (November 1) afternoon, he visited Dampara bus counter adjacent to Garibullah Shah shrine, AK Khan area bus counter.
During the visit, he interacted with the leaders of the Bus Owners Association and reiterated the government’s commitment to provide security to all.
Chittagong District Administration Additional District Magistrate (Education and ICT) Tanveer-Al-Naseef, Chittagong Metropolitan Police Deputy Police Commissioner (Traffic West) Tarek Ahmed, Deputy Police Commissioner (Traffic North) Zainul Abedin, BRTA Assistant Director Rayhana Akhtar Urthi were present on this occasion. ,
