Chanchal Chowdhury may join Mimi Chakraborty and Shakib Khan starrer Toofan Movie

News Daily Digital Desk: Mimi Chakraborty and Shakib Khan’s ‘Tufan’ is one surprise after another. It was earlier heard that Tollywood’s handsome hunk Yeshu Sengupta could be seen in the film. Now the news is overwhelming. Bangladeshi star Chanchal Chowdhury will be seen in a special role in the film.

‘Tufan’ is being produced by Upper Bengal’s Alpha I, Charki and Upper Bengal’s SVF. Raihan Rafi of ‘Suranga’ fame is handling the direction of the film. Mimi and Shakib are pairing under his direction. There is another actress in the film. She is the popular actress of Bangladesh Masuma Rahman Nabila.

Earlier it was heard that Jesus has been proposed to be the villain of this film made in the joint production of two Bengali. Now news, Chanchal Chowdhury will also be seen as Khal. But it is for a short time. The character is quite attractive. Chanchal himself is excited about this role.

Already, Bengali cinema audiences are looking forward to see Chanchal Chowdhury in Srijit Mukhopadhyay’s ‘Padatik’. The Bangladeshi star played the role of legendary director Mrinal Sen in the film. He surprised the fans in the first flash. ‘Exactly like Mrinal Sen!’ Netizens said so. Although director Srijit Mukherjee had earlier said that he was looking for an actor who would match not only in looks but also in personality. And that search ended by seeing Chanchal Chowdhury.
