Mehjabeen Chowdhury, one of the most popular star actresses of TV dramas, has acted in a new movie named ‘Priya Malti’. It is directed by Shankh Dasgupta. He will be seen in the title role. Recently, the movie ‘Priya Malati’ was officially announced on Mehzabeen’s birthday. Apart from this, this top actress of the new generation has done another movie named ‘Saba’.

Mehjabeen said, Dear Malti girls story. The life and journey of the girls is brought up in depth. As an actress I would say that the role of Malati is difficult. The whole character cannot be explained now. This is a new character for me. I have never done such a thing before.
‘I believe, Priya Malati will make people think after the release of the movie. The character will also make people think. Challenging character for me. Challenging journey for me. To be honest, I never wanted to do something that was easy. From the beginning, I did not want to act in any movie with a simple story. This is my decision’, he said.

Mehjabeen also said, “I have been in showbiz for 14 years as an actor. I have stepped in 15 years. I have done many dramas in my career. I did a web film. I did two movies. At one time I was serious in TV dramas. Then I worked in OTT. Take it seriously there too. I came much later and did two films. Audience can see me in two different roles in two movies.
‘I always wanted, that my real life should not have any similarity with the character done in the movie. There is no match. Didn’t match me. like it Mehzabeen will not be found in the movie, Malti will be. I tried to become Maltese. There is a novelty in the beloved Malati movie. I have portrayed a good character.’

About the director of the movie, the actress said, ‘Priya Malti is directed by Shankh Dasgupta. He can tell good stories. He is a good director. The team was also prepared. Not a single picture of the shoot has been released so far. This is a big plus. Worked with many teams. Dear Malti’s team is really organized and good. I have seen Shankha Dasgupta’s work. He builds what he believes in.’
