Aditi made a statement on social media about her illness. The artist writes, “I’m sorry! I thought I could, but the strength of my mind overcame my body. I can’t speak at all. In fact, I was forced to cancel all the events of this month as per the doctor’s advice because my throat is not at all good.”

Aditi’s ceremony was held yesterday, on November 20, at the Ulka Sangh Club on the sixth floor of Dankuni. But the artist could not go there. After this there were artist’s programs at Chandannagar on November 22, Kanakpur on November 23, Kadamtala Ghat and Babughat on November 26. All had to be cancelled.
