Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Tejas’ is facing failure at the box office from the first day of its release. After the first week (Fri-Sat-Sun) went badly, from the second week (Monday) onwards, the audience stopped coming!
As reported by Bollywood Hungama, most of the hall owners are removing ‘Tejas’ from the halls. Only 10-15 visitors came to see this film on Monday and Tuesday. Somewhere even less. As a result none of the owners are agreeing to run this movie.
According to industry tracker Saknilk’s preliminary estimates, the film did a business of just Rs 30 lakh on Tuesday (October 30). Which is a common practice! Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, this film ‘Tejas’ has earned only Rs 4.50 crores so far!
According to Box Office Portal, Kangana’s film had a Hindi market share of 5.80 percent on Tuesday (October 30), which is lower than Monday. Meanwhile, ‘Tejas’ opened with 1.25 crores on its first day but did not show any improvement in its first weekend. Rather, it has been marked as a sharp decline day by day.
Ever since the announcement, there has been no end to talk about Kangana’s ‘Tejas’. Kangana Ranaut is seen in the role of Air Force officer Tejas Gill in this film. But this is not his biopic.
Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, this film is dedicated to the Indian Air Force. The main objective of this film is to instill a sense of patriotism in every Indian. However, this film with a budget of Rs 45 crore failed to raise the production cost.
