Popular small screen actress Sumaiya Shimu has become a mother of twins. She gave birth to twin sons on November 8. This has been confirmed by actress and producer Chayanika Chowdhury.
In a Facebook post on Sunday (November 19), Chayanika said, our Sumaiya Shimu has entered the sweetest chapter of her life. She became a mother of twin boys on November 8.
Congratulating Shimu, the maker also wrote, ‘Congratulations Shimu. I know you will be unique as a mother. Many blessings and love for Sonababad.’
Incidentally, in 2015, Shimu married Nazrul Islam, the country director of Relief International, a US-based international non-governmental organization. The marriage is arranged in a family manner.
It is to be noted that Sumaiya Shimu has done MSS from Jahangirnagar University from Department of Government and Political Science. The actress is doing her PhD from the Department of Dramatics of the same university. Meanwhile Shimur’s groom Nazrul Islam completed his MS from Massey University in New Zealand.
Sheamus made his debut on the television screen in 1999 with the drama ‘Ekhne Atar Pava Gaye’. He has also won many awards in recognition of his work.
