Sanjay Gadhvi, the director of Bollywood’s popular movie ‘Dhoom’ died at the age of 57. He died of heart attack on Sunday (November 19) morning. The entire Bollywood cannot accept the departure of this popular producer.
According to Hindustan Times report, Boney Kapoor has confirmed the news of Sanjay Gadhvi’s death to the media. He said, ‘The director breathed his last today at 8.45 am.’
Sanjay Gadhvi went for morning walk like everyday. Suddenly he started sweating. Then he fell ill and was rushed to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital. After being taken there, the doctor declared the director dead. The doctor’s initial guess was that he suffered a heart attack during his morning walk.
In 2001, director Sanjay Gadhvi started his Bollywood journey with the movie ‘Tere Liye’. Then he came to the attention of the audience with the movie ‘Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai’.
Sanjay produced ‘Dhoom’ is one of the best franchises in Bollywood. He directed this franchise ‘Dhoom’ and ‘Dhoom Two’. It stars many stars including Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Aishwarya Rai, Hrithik Roshan. But the director was not in Dhoom 3.
