Samsung Galaxy S25 May Support Google Gemini Nano 2 AI Model Coming Soon More Artificial Intelligence Features?

After the success of the Galaxy S24 series, Samsung is reportedly preparing the Galaxy S25, a new generation smartphone in the S series. Although the official launch is still months away, leakers have managed to glean information about the upcoming Galaxy S25. In a new report, it is speculated that the Galaxy S25 will be equipped with Gemini Nano 2, Google’s next-generation AI model, and may therefore support AI functions on the device.

According to “Damn Herald Economy,” Cho Cheol-min, executive director of Samsung Electronics’ System LSI business unit, revealed at the Artificial Intelligence Semiconductor Forum, the Galaxy S25 series will use Google Nano version 2. According to reports, Samsung will gradually double the number of artificial intelligence software developers on Exynos devices over the next few years to support its artificial intelligence exploration.

“We have started discussing how the second version of Google’s ‘Gemini Nano’ will be exposed to on-device artificial intelligence,” Cheol-min said.

However, discussions about the upcoming AI features of the Galaxy S25 series are not yet finalized. Collaboration between Google and Samsung will be further expanded to further integrate Gemini Nano into Exynos processors to support artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence capabilities in devices. Currently, Samsung is said to be considering possible integrations and how to improve AI gaming with the Galaxy S25.

Google is expected to unveil its second-generation smartphone AI model ahead of the Pixel 9 launch. So we’ll see.
