Tata Consultancy Services: The way work has changed since covid. Since then, the company introduced work from home in the company. Recently at TCS the company has implemented a hybrid model instead of working from home. From now on the new decision has been taken regarding salary increment for all employees of TCS.

What new decision has the company made?
The company has decided that those who do not want to work from the office will not be given performance bonus from now on. The company said this in an internal memo dated April 18. If an employee’s attendance is less than 60 percent he will not get this benefit. Employees have to work from office 3 days a week.

According to a Live Mint report, Tata Consultancy Services has made a tough decision with 60 percent attendance. The organization said that employees should be ensured that they work from the office at least three days a week. TCS wants to take action against those employees who are not taking office work seriously. That’s why companies have combined working from the office with variable pay or annual bonuses.

If you don’t come to the office, arrange
Disciplinary action may also be taken against employees who do not take 85 percent or more attendance at the office seriously, an internal company memo said. The organization also said that if an employee does not follow the attendance rules, he must give reasons. Apart from this, approval must also be taken from the office. The company is currently not commenting on the matter.

Tata Consultancy Services: 45 hours per week in office
According to TCS, 100 percent performance bonus will be given to employees who come to office for 4 days or more in a week. In addition, employees with 75 to 85 percent attendance will receive a 75 percent performance bonus. Those with 60 to 75 percent attendance will be given a 50 percent performance bonus. Along with this, the company has also made a rule to go to the office for 45 hours per week or 9 hours per day.
