The company has also started testing the vehicle. According to sources, Suzuki is going to add some unique styling to the car. Which will be very different from Swift. The company is going to keep its design as a sedan car. It won’t have a very sporty design like the Swift. While the headlamps are the same, the front grille and bumper designs will be different.

Besides, the tail lamp and boot space design of the new Dzire will be different. Along with the exterior design, the interior design will also have surprises and more features will be added. It will be the first car in this segment to feature a sunroof. Along with 360 degree camera and ventilated front seat.

The car also gets a large touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth connectivity, wireless charging, speakers and a premium cabin look. The new car could see major updates in tech features compared to the current model.

The new version of Maruti Dzire will also have surprises in the engine. The new Z series will be available with a 1.2 liter petrol engine. Which can produce a maximum of 80 horsepower and 180 Nm of torque. There will be manual and automatic gearbox options. From 4 cylinder, now 3 cylinder engine will be available in the car. Although Suzuki claims, this engine is better than the previous one, better performance and mileage will be available.

When will the launch of the new Maruti Dzire?

The new Maruti Suzuki Swift will be launched next month, this car may be launched after 4-5 months. So it is expected that the new Dzire can be launched in India during Puja. The price of the car may be Rs 60,000 – 80,000 more than the current model. Currently, Maruti Dzire’s ex-showroom price ranges from Tk 7.65 lakh to Tk 10.94 lakh.
