One Time Bonus: Big news for the employees of India’s largest private bank HDFC. This bank has decided to give a bonus of Rs 1500 crore to its employees. Recently HDFC Bank MD and CEO Sashidhar Jagdeesan said that this money will be given to the employees at a one-time rate (HDFC Bank One Time Bonus) which will make them very happy. Basically, the bank has posted strong results in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2023-24 and therefore HDFC Bank has announced a one-time bonus to keep the employees happy in this environment. HDFC Bank posted a net profit of Rs 16,511 crore in the January-March quarter. This bank has also declared dividend at the rate of Tk 19.5. Then the one-time bonus was announced. Big news for the employees of this bank.

Appreciable work of employees since bank merger

According to Sashidhar Jagadeesan, the employees of HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank One Time Bonus) have done commendable work this year and hence they should be rewarded for this work. After merger with HDFC Limited, the performance of this bank has improved significantly. And since then HDFC Bank has grown rapidly. The CEO said that the bank’s staff worked twice as hard and completed everything within the stipulated time. The attrition rate is also much lower than this year. Shashidhar Jagadishan announced to share the company’s profits with the employees for their hard work and commitment to the bank.

HDFC Bank will pay dividend at the rate of Rs. 19.5

Last week, HDFC Bank announced a dividend of Rs 19.5 per share. The board of the bank has declared this dividend. In the financial year 2023-24, HDFC Bank made a total profit of Tk 16,511 crore. The net interest income of this bank increased to Tk 29,007 crore. HDFC Bank’s net income has also increased. The bank’s net income rose to Tk 47,240 crore in the January-March quarter. This includes Rs 7,340 crore from the sale of shares in the bank’s subsidiary HDFC Credila Financial Services.
