Ultraviolet showcased this bike at EICMA 2023. It is a superbike. Although it is still in concept stage. If the experiment is successful, it will soon come to the international market.
Despite being a concept, there is no doubt that this is the fastest electric bike in the country. Because no Indian company has brought such a fast electric bike in the market before.
The maximum speed of this battery operated motorcycle is 265 km per hour. The liquid cooled motor in this bike can produce a maximum power of 120 horsepower. Which is more than the sports bikes manufactured by several companies including Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki. Not even many cars make this much horsepower.
Bike curb weight is 178 kg. The manufacturer claims that the aerodynamic design of this bike is inspired by supersonic fighter jets. What sets the F99 apart from other electric bikes and sports bikes. This electric bike is made with carbon fiber frame.
The battery-powered bike is slated to hit the market in 2024 in three versions – Sado, Laser and Airstrike. The electric motor in this bike has a maximum capacity of 90 kW. It has a battery pack of 10.3 kWh. UltraViolet has not yet revealed any information about the range, braking and suspension of this bike.
